There isn't much information about this light and its hard to tell if it is doing anything or if I should just replace it with my 90 Watt Illuminator. But maybe there is a technique on how this light should be used, Question : does having two 350 watt pro-series drown out this light since it can only be seen in complete darkness?

Flower Accel.

I'm not really sure this light does anything to be honest. It puts out very little light even in a dark room. I know it's IR, but still. My yield wasn't much and I had one of these next to two 90's in a tiny tent. I'm going to get rid of this flower accel and put two 180's next to the 90's. I'm sure I will get a better yield with more round usable light than just trying to hit the plants with more IR. ******Reply from ProSource*******
Chances are you were most likely hanging this light too far from your plants..We recommend no more than 12"s away and the closer the better. Also, your temps may have been to low.. We recommend 80 degrees minimum and peak flowering actually occurs at 85 degrees. Please contact us for further assistance...

I added the flower accelerator to a medical garden in addition to the illuminators. I am pleased with the result. With my medical plants, the flower sites especially in weeks 1 thru 4 of kick over are responding with extra vigor versus just the illuminators. All of my units fly in a "formation" of UFOs with the use of the Agramover which I recommend.
