With the development of "Peak Targeting", Full Spectrum Technology, our 5-Band System targets ALL peak efficiency values. We have also developed "Intelligent" Balancing that allows our 5-Band system to be scientifically balanced to provide the proper photosynthetic proportions to power these specific peak bands. For Example, Chlorophyll A, which is responsible for most of a plant's photosynthesis, if given too few of the allocation, will not achieve peak photosynthesis. If you provide too much, Chlorophyll A begins to shut down from overload, while other photosynthetic elements starve due to the under-allocated crucial LED Bands.

The Yield.....This is pretty much what it's all about right? Well the output of our 180W Jumbo UFO is equivalent to a 600W HID. Now we're not saying that the 180W Jumbo UFO emits more Lumens output than a 600W HID, but to state that the Illuminator Jumbo UFO emits the same amount of absorbable light as a 600W HID and it is this ability to only emit key absorbable light that your plants are able to use that makes it possible to achieve the parity results with an HID at just a fraction of the wattage. Lumens output is not a key factor in determining plant growth, it is the ability of the plants to absorb and transform the light energy into photosynthesis and which wavelengths are to be used to achieve those key absorption points. Lumens are a common measure of output that is used to measure the intensity of HID Lighting, but really has no direct bearing on determining plant growth. Remember that over 85% of the light emitted from an HID Light is waisted in the form of non-absorbable light waves as well as heat energy.
The HID Bulbs are only good for 2 cycles before you see the yield start to diminish. That means you have to buy new bulbs every 2 cycles. They aren't cheap either! The lifecycle for the 180W LED is for 50,000 hours - that's nearly 10 years if you use 14 hour cycles on average. That pays for itself many times over.

I am a repeat customer and have only great things to say about this company. The lights are the best I have ever used and the customer service is awsome. If you have a problem they ship a new light no questions asked with a return label so your problem is fixed with no cost to you! The only choice to make is which lights you want, I love the 180 watt ufo.

I'm two weeks into the veg cycle and my five plants are thriving tremendously under only two 180's. I'm keeping a constant temp of 80 degrees and humidity 0f 40% and I'm pleasantly surprised. can't wait to light up the other four lights and start flowering in a few weeks. I'll update on my results in about three months

This light is fantastic! Requires little to no ventilation, simply plug it in and go! In a 3' x 3' x 8' grow space it did increase the temperature by about 1 - 2 degrees F. It is relatively quiet, about as loud as two PCs. In a quiet house I can hear it running inside the closet, with the bedroom door closed, but it is very quiet and is just white noise. Plants LOVE this light. Have a plant in vegetative state, with internodes about every 3/4 of an inch at a total of 11.5 inches - the plant is so bushy and is producing so many leaves and healthy nodes. Also, I feel safe leaving my house for several days at a time since the unit only draws 180 watts. I would never do that with a HPS grow. No extra ducting/reflecting/heat buildup + 10 years of use and a 3 year warranty = GREAT product!

I ordered 2 180W Ufo's 6 days ago and today they came. I picked the cheapest shipping option available so I'm pretty happy considering I live in Canada. Opening the box is a very fun experience, but it's not nearly as fun as turning it on for the first time. HOLY PINK! (it sort of shocks the hell out of you) I can't wait to start growing with these lights! Thanks ProSource!

This Jumbo UFO is the best light I've ever used. I had my veg. cycle done in about 22 days where my plant was about 28"s tall, then moved on to flowering for a total of 62 days. I finished with 5 1/2 ounces off a single plant with the use of just 1 light. The potency of this bud is off the chart and all my friends are sold on this LED cause they want their own herb and I'm not giving any more samples...Too bad..LoL...
